At Worrell Fit we offer a variety of service to fit each client's life and goals. Our mission is to understand our clients, meeting them where their at. From there we help our clients establish healthy habits and learn how to strengthen their body. Our exercise training offers all levels of strength building, increased mobility and improved endurance. We provide a full service of knowledge, guidance and instruction to help build a healthier you.
Individual Personal Training
1 on 1 in studio training sessions, 1 to 3 times a week. 30 minutes of exercise, 30 minutes of guided cardio and stretching, nutrition guidance and healthy habit building
In Studio Fitness Classes
In studio group fitness classes for all ages and skill levels. Classes focus of strength building and endurance. See our classes page for scheduling.
Challenges
Have some fun participating with other clients sharing your goals. These are online pre-planned programs, each different from the next.
Group Personal Training
In studio personal training for 2 to 4 people per session, 1 to 3 times a week. 45 minutes of exercise, up to 30 minutes guided cardio and stretches, nutrition guidance and healthy habit building
Online Individual Training
1 on 1 online personal training. Say connect virtually for goal setting, training plan, nutrition guidance, healthy habit building and bi-weekly updates.
